SCHMIDLI Creation and Design (SCAD) is a small multi-disciplinary design business run principally by John Schmidli.
Originally setup to cover his extra design and creative enterprises, in 2004 SCAD became a full time operation.
Most recently John Schmidli spent 6 years as senior product designer and was a founding staff member of CER Technology Pty Ltd, an Industrial design consultancy based in Heidelberg, Victoria.
Prior to this he spent 12 years as a designer in the appliance industry and 6 years in toolmaking.
Although SCAD has a strong focus on providing product design and CAD services,
they are also proficient in the design of web sites, presentations, 3D photo-realistic
renderings and animation, technical manuals and illustration, graphic design
and artwork.
